While the tiffin box is mandatory, many trekkers find eating food from a plate much more comfortable when relaxing at the campsite after a long day. This is an optional add-on for campsite comfort. Use it for dinner or breakfast when you are seated and not on the move. (Note: The Tiffin Box remains mandatory for every trekker. You must either rent one or bring your own, as it is the only way to carry your packed lunch on days when we eat while on the move.)
